Medical research lab, an independent biomedical research institute serving 2,000+ customers, was spending significant time and resources manually processing virtual credit card payments (500+ payments and $5M+ monthly), incurring roughly $100,000 in fees and labor and exposing the organization to PCI compliance risk.
