OMEGA Engineering, a global manufacturer of measurement and control products, faced high daily invoice volumes and an overreliance on mailed invoices—about 85% of customers—plus outdated folding/insert/mailing equipment and no way to detect undeliverable or failed emailed invoices. To modernize invoicing and improve AR efficiency, OMEGA engaged Billtrust and adopted its Business Payments Network (BPN) Invoicing solution.

Billtrust implemented BPN Invoicing alongside OMEGA’s EDI customer interfaces to route invoices to AP portals and increase electronic adoption.
