Palmer-Donavin, an employee-owned wholesale distributor of residential building materials with eight locations and 500+ employees, needed customers to be able to order, view and pay invoices online while keeping all data synced with their ERP and reducing credit-card processing costs. To meet these needs they engaged Billtrust and its B2B order-to-cash offerings, including a mobile-friendly eCommerce webstore (Cloud LSI, PIM, remote sales management) plus digital invoicing and payments.

Billtrust delivered an integrated eCommerce and digital invoicing/payments solution that improved the customer experience (chat, same-day delivery tracking, toggle pricing) and tied transactions into Palmer-Donavin’s ERP. The result: an 83% increase in site-generated revenue, a 65% rise in logins, a 40% increase in orders, nearly doubled ePayments (from 4% to 8%), and roughly an 89% electronic invoice presentment rate—demonstrating measurable gains in both revenue and AR efficiency.
