UPLIFT Desk, founded by ergonomist Jon Paulsen, builds customizable height-adjustable desks and ergonomic office products to help people work healthier. Selling large, configurable furniture online created challenges: customers needed to visualize custom options before buying, shipping and B2B orders were complex, and abandoned carts were leaking revenue.
Uplift built a virtual Desk Builder and moved to BigCommerce, using native Abandoned Cart Saver, ShipperHQ for shipping logic, NetSuite integration for B2B orders, and MailChimp/Facebook pixel marketing integrations to automate and personalize the experience. Results included a 73.3% YoY increase in sales from abandoned-cart emails, a 24% YoY lift in conversion rate, a 12% YoY increase in new customers, and hundreds of recovered orders and thousands of dollars in added monthly revenue while streamlining corporate fulfillment.
