United Aqua Group Uses New Platform to Dive into Success

United Aqua Group, a Las Vegas–based B2B buying group founded in 1963 that serves 305 owner‑member pool and spa businesses across 45 states, struggled with a slow, hard‑to‑customize NUORDER store despite a catalog of roughly 400,000 products. Members wanted a consumer‑like, reliable experience—better speed, search, customization and ERP integration—but the legacy platform couldn’t deliver.

Migrating to BigCommerce with the BundleB2B app (November 2020) gave United Aqua Group the flexibility, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics GP) connectivity and B2B features it needed—private logins, fast loading and search, order spreadsheets, saved shopping lists, company account hierarchies and an invoice portal. The move produced dramatic results: conversion rate up 284%, orders up 539% and revenue up 356%, plus faster performance and simpler invoice/payment management (ACH planned).
