Toolsaver, the B2B arm of UK tool seller Toolstop, needed a more scalable way to manage growth after Magento’s complexity made site administration difficult and B2B orders were still being handled manually by phone and email. The company also needed a better way to connect its ecommerce operations with ERP and warehouse systems, and it turned to BigCommerce for a more flexible platform.

BigCommerce helped Toolsaver migrate its B2B site, along with Toolstop’s B2C site, to an API-driven foundation that supported custom integrations like SKUPAL, Sage 200, Feedonomics, and marketplace tools. With BigCommerce, Toolsaver streamlined order flow and omnichannel selling, contributing to a 19.9% increase in orders, a 23.5% increase in revenue, and a 3% rise in average order value from 2021 to 2022.
