Neon Poodle, founded by Sammy and Jason Gibson, is Australia’s leading online neon-sign retailer that set out to expand into the EU and US while continuing to serve both retail and wholesale customers. The challenge was to launch localized sites quickly, manage country-specific inventory and pricing, and replace a manual, Excel-based wholesale process with a scalable, centralized system.

Using BigCommerce as its ecommerce and inventory hub, Neon Poodle launched three localized stores (AU, EU, US) in 6–8 weeks, implemented customer groups for bespoke wholesale pricing and checkout, and centralized international inventory tied to local warehouses. The result: a 232.14% year-over-year revenue increase, an 11.21% lift in conversion rate, simplified site management and SEO upkeep, and better analytics-driven marketing and product decisions.
