Their previous order-transmission solution dropped orders, created communication gaps across systems, and required time-consuming manual work, while limited reporting made it hard to diagnose issues.
BigCommerce partner arizon.digital built a cloud integration using BigCommerce APIs and webhooks to validate, transform and transmit orders as EDI to the AS400, with real-time sync, error reports and a dashboard to reprocess problematic orders. The six-week migration ran with no downtime and produced measurable gains: 65% more orders, 30% revenue growth YoY, 52% more customers YoY, and about 520 hours of manual work saved annually (roughly 10 hours/week).
