Jeep People is an aftermarket Jeep parts retailer founded by Taylor Pierce and Matt Druey that grew rapidly from a social-first brand into a high-volume ecommerce business. As SKUs, product variants and order volume increased, Shopify’s platform limitations — including convoluted workarounds for product options, fragile coupon/wholesale workflows and intermittent downtime — began to impede growth and reduce conversions.
