Incy Interiors is an Australian designer furniture brand founded in 2010 when Kristy Withers built a better “big boy” bed and quickly scaled from retail interest to two stores and international ecommerce. The challenge was replacing a basic, costly custom site with a scalable, budget-friendly ecommerce solution that could handle different regulations, inventory and customer preferences across Australia and the US.

The company adopted BigCommerce for its lower cost, out-of-the-box functionality, easy drag-and-drop product management, and integrations for email and social marketing, and they cloned separate AU and US stores to streamline inventory and logistics. As a result, Incy Interiors saw revenue grow 109.13% YoY, orders increase 65.52% YoY and conversion rate improve 20.69% YoY while simplifying operations and marketing.
