HVAC Parts Shop, a 30‑year HVAC repair business that expanded into nationwide ecommerce, was running a 12‑year‑old website that couldn’t handle its 10,000‑item catalog or deliver the features customers needed. Poor hosting support, limited search, no on‑site manuals or blog, and difficulty making changes made it hard to serve both consumer and business buyers and to scale the business.

The company migrated to BigCommerce with design partner Arizon Digital, added a custom “Product Finder” and integrated apps like Rewind and LivePerson to boost search, backups and customer service. The new platform improved navigation and organic traffic, reduced overall bounce rate by 44% (51% from paid channels), and provided the scalability and customization needed to support continued growth.
