The solution Big Group implemented was Consilio, a bespoke SaaS web application. This visual, end-to-end retail merchandising platform integrated multiple legacy systems into a single dashboard, providing features like QR code management, a 3D product viewer, and secure document tracking. The results were significant, with the platform efficiently managing 2,200 fixtures for 4,200 users across 87,000 stores, while also protecting brand reputations by monitoring for potential leaks in real time.
