They desired a unified Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve IT service and saw an opportunity to overhaul asset management by linking assets to key processes like Incident and Change Management. They partnered with Beyond20 to address this challenge.

Beyond20 implemented a solution leveraging Cherwell Asset Management to build a unified CMDB. They designed and built a critical integration between CAM and CSM, enabling the city to track and manage workstations, servers, and network devices directly within the CSM platform. This allowed the city to effectively manage its critical IT assets without the need to abandon its existing asset databases.
