Dooney’s Pub, a long-time BentoBox customer, wanted a better way to drive repeat business by consolidating its marketing tools. After using a mix of billboards, radio, social media, MailChimp, and EZ Texting, the team saw an opportunity to use BentoBox’s newly launched SMS and email marketing features to reach customers more directly and manage everything in one place.
BentoBox implemented its SMS Marketing and Email Marketing modules for Dooney’s Pub, allowing the restaurant to centralize outreach and use its BentoCore database to target customers captured through orders and website forms. The result was a more unified marketing setup designed to improve customer engagement and repeat visits, with Dooney’s able to contact its own customer base directly through BentoBox.
