The Aspen Group (TAG), a large multi-entity retail healthcare support organization with more than 20,000 team members across five brands, needed a more flexible way to manage pre-tax benefits. After struggling with a legacy provider, TAG faced file integration issues, limited multi-entity reporting, custom funding challenges, slow support, card denials at its own facilities, and difficult HSA rollovers for employees moving between brands.
Benepass implemented a new pre-tax benefits platform with Workday integration, multi-entity funding flexibility, custom reserve management, and dedicated transition support. In just 75 days, Benepass helped TAG transition 3,745 HSA accounts and 2,100 FSA/Commuter accounts, achieve a 97% claims reimbursement approval rate, 96% card auto-substantiation, and under 15-hour response times, while reducing administrative burden and improving the team member experience.
