Mindbody, a global SaaS company serving the wellness services industry, wanted a more flexible way to support employee well-being beyond traditional health benefits. To better address the many dimensions of wellness and give employees support that fit their individual needs, Mindbody partnered with Benepass and used its wellness perks platform to launch Be Well and Be Well PT for global part-time employees.

With Benepass, Mindbody provided pre-loaded virtual Benecards with country-based funding, rollover capability, and broad spending categories including exercise, mental health, mindfulness, productivity, and spa services. The program drove strong adoption and satisfaction, reaching an 89% engagement rate and 100% CSAT, while also giving Mindbody a scalable, centralized platform that could expand to new regions and employee groups.
