Bright HealthCare, a Minneapolis-based healthcare company that grew to more than 3,000 employees, needed a simpler way to manage employee benefits as it scaled and shifted to a more distributed, partly remote workforce. With Benepass, Bright HealthCare achieved a 93% LSA engagement rate, expanded eligible wellness categories at no additional cost, improved the employee experience, and realized about $250K in annual cost savings from the LSA.
