Automox, a fully distributed cybersecurity company with 250+ employees, needed a more flexible and easy-to-administer way to deliver employee perks and wellness benefits as it scaled. With Benepass, Automox launched a centralized perks and lifestyle spending program using a VISA-backed card and reimbursement tools, including a $50 monthly LSA, home office stipends, AX Connect coffee funds, and culture awards. The results included 71% engagement, 100% CSAT, and the highest usage in AX Connect at 49%; Automox also reported stronger employee satisfaction, better data on perk usage, and lower unnecessary spending by only paying for benefits employees actually used.
