Crehana, a Peruvian online training platform for creatives expanding across Latin America and into B2B training, needed a better way to handle high-volume hiring while staying true to its innovative culture. Before working with Benchmark.games, recruiters relied on multiple interview rounds, résumé screening, and introductory videos, which took too much time and made it harder to evaluate candidates fairly.

Benchmark.games implemented game-based assessments in Crehana’s pre-screening stage, giving recruiters a consistent and engaging way to evaluate applicants and reduce bias. The solution helped Crehana quickly narrow about 50 candidates down to 10–15 stronger matches, while creating a more equal, data-driven selection process that candidates and recruiters both responded to positively.
