Atlantic Grupa provides an engaging selection process for Generation Z

Atlantic Grupa, a leading food company with around 5,300 employees, needed a better way to attract and assess Generation Z applicants for its Graduate Trainee program. Facing fewer active candidates and changing expectations from fresh graduates, the company partnered with Benchmark.games to add a more engaging selection step than traditional IQ and personality tests.

Benchmark.games provided game-based assessments that helped Atlantic Grupa filter more than 1,000 fresh graduate applicants while also creating a fun, transparent candidate experience that reflected the company’s culture. The new process was successful: dropout rates decreased, candidates gave positive feedback, and the students hired through the campaign were described as eager, willing to learn, and high-potential.
