The retailer faced the challenge of improving product discoverability and conversion while supporting brands selling on its site, and it relied on Bazaarvoice to help scale review content across millions of product pages.

Using Bazaarvoice, Walmart Canada syndicated brand-collected reviews to its site and also gathered native reviews directly, creating a richer content experience for shoppers. Bazaarvoice-powered syndication accounts for 80% of Walmart Canada’s total review volume, with more than 1,300 brands participating and over 380,000 native reviews collected, helping increase product visibility and conversion rates.
