Urban Barn, a Canadian furniture retailer, wanted to create a more consistent omnichannel experience as customers researched products online before buying in store. To keep website content fresh and engaging, the company turned to Bazaarvoice and its user-generated content (UGC) tools to better showcase products and inspire shoppers across digital and store touchpoints.
Bazaarvoice helped Urban Barn deploy visual UGC through Bazaarvoice Galleries, Shop the Look pages, email footers, digital ads, and social channels, while also using Like2Buy to drive traffic to key web pages. The results were strong: Urban Barn saw a 270% lift in time on site, a 59% increase in conversion rate, and a 29% rise in average order value, with UGC email campaigns also outperforming non-UGC emails.
