Turtle Wax, a global car-care brand, recognized its static, catalog-style website was making the brand less relevant and trustworthy to consumers and hurting retail sales. The company needed to better showcase real customer experiences—especially visual proof of product results—to rebuild trust and drive sales through retailer channels.

Turtle Wax partnered with Bazaarvoice to add Ratings & Reviews and Curations, collecting and syndicating reviews, photos, and videos across its site, retailer sites, and social channels. The program drove 1.3 million page views, more than 125,000 interactions in under six months, and helped some retailers achieve year-over-year online sales increases of over 50%, while also delivering customer insights that improved product quality and retailer relationships.
