Techtronic Industries (TTI), maker of power tools and home-care brands like Ryobi, AEG Powertools and Vax, needed to stand out in a growing, cost‑focused market by shifting from product-first to customer-first thinking. TTI implemented a customer‑generated content strategy using Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers, syndicating reviews to retail partners and integrating data with Salesforce.
