The solution from Bazaarvoice provided authentic user-generated content to give shoppers confidence. This included syndicating reviews to retail partner sites and using Q&A to reduce customer support needs. The results included an improved customer experience and a sales increase in the retail channel. TTI also measured a 10-second increase in engagement on product pages that featured the Bazaarvoice content.
