Hobbycraft, the UK’s largest arts and crafts retailer, wanted to build on the success of its Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews program and find a more scalable way to use user-generated content to drive traffic and conversions. With over 100 stores, an e-commerce site, and thousands of products, the team needed a solution that could help them make social content work harder without adding too much manual effort.

Bazaarvoice implemented Social Commerce and Galleries to surface UGC from channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok across Hobbycraft’s website. The results were strong: click-through rates rose by 95%, conversions increased by 219%, average order value grew by 24%, and average basket size climbed from about £25 to £30. Hobbycraft also reached its annual ROI target within eight months of working with Bazaarvoice.
