The Body Shop, the global beauty retailer, wanted to improve its online customer experience, raise conversion rates, and increase average order value. To do this, it worked with Bazaarvoice using Bazaarvoice Galleries and related social commerce tools, alongside Contentsquare for analytics.
Bazaarvoice helped The Body Shop optimize product detail pages with authentic customer photos and videos, using data insights to move the Gallery module below the product. The result was a 13% increase in average order value, and Bazaarvoice Galleries became the second-highest converting element on the site with a 28% conversion rate on product pages.
