T2 needed a way to help shoppers feel confident about buying new teas when in-store sampling wasn’t possible during COVID-19. Working with Bazaarvoice, the tea brand built a user-generated content program using reviews and social content, including Bazaarvoice Galleries and Like2Buy, to amplify customer voices across its digital channels.
Bazaarvoice helped T2 showcase customer photos, quotes, and reviews on product pages, home pages, email, and in-store screens, creating stronger social proof and engagement. The results were significant: T2 saw a 75% increase in conversions on its Australian site, a 174% increase on its U.S. site, and a 77% increase on its European site, along with higher revenue per visitor.
