Working with Bazaarvoice, the company used Ratings & Reviews and customer photos to add user-generated content (UGC) to its site, improving confidence, discovery, and online conversions.
Bazaarvoice helped Big Red Group scale its UGC program across RedBalloon, with reviews influencing search rankings, quality scores, and category visibility. The result was higher conversion rates and average order value when shoppers interacted with UGC, alongside stronger social engagement and a growing base of 123,000 total reviews that also provided valuable feedback for experience providers and internal quality control.
