Samsonite sees a 254% jump in revenue with Bazaarvoice Galleries

Samsonite, the travel goods brand, was already using Bazaarvoice Retail Syndication to strengthen review content across partner sites, but it still faced gaps in user-generated content and wanted a better way to drive product discovery and consistent inspiration across channels. The company needed to increase review volume, improve shopper trust, and give its social and influencer content a wider home on its website and retail partner pages.

Bazaarvoice helped Samsonite with Retail Syndication, Sampling campaigns, and Bazaarvoice Galleries to collect, distribute, and display authentic reviews and visual UGC. The results were strong: 81% of products had moderated reviews across channels, 28% relied only on syndicated reviews, and Samsonite collected more than 27K social posts for its galleries. Using Bazaarvoice, Samsonite saw customers spend 5x more time on page and achieved a 245% lift in conversion rate quarter-over-quarter, plus a 254% jump in revenue.
