To address this, Epson implemented Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews (launched on Epson.com in 2009) and measured the impact on UK consumer printer shoppers.
By adding Ratings & Reviews, Epson saw review-engaged visitors click “where to buy” 82% more often, were 125% more likely to add a product to cart, about 67% more likely to convert, and had a 25% higher average order value — driving a 98% increase in revenue per visitor.
