RAEL, a fast-growing brand that expanded from natural period care into skincare, needed to build awareness, credibility, and trial for its new beauty line. To support the launch, RAEL worked with Bazaarvoice using Influenster’s sampling and user-generated content (UGC) capabilities to reach consumers who matched its target audience and generate trusted third-party validation.

Bazaarvoice sent 2,000 Custom VoxBoxes through Influenster across two campaigns, helping RAEL collect high-quality reviews and social content. The results included 3,000 total reviews, 300% above the initial goal, 9.8 million social impressions, and nearly 100,000 reviews across retail partner sites in the Bazaarvoice Network, boosting conversion, sales, and actionable product insights for future marketing.
