Bazaarvoice implemented a review and ratings solution for Quotatis that collected feedback by email and SMS, with moderation to ensure authenticity. The result was a higher response rate, rising from 22% to 28%, while reviews also became a key input for matching customers with the right tradesperson, ranking providers, and maintaining service quality on the Quotatis and Leroy Merlin websites.
