Emma Bridgewater paired Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews with a robust post‑interaction email (PIE) program, emailing buyers two weeks after purchase to request feedback. In the first eight months PIE generated 79% of the review volume (about 4,000 reviews), helped maintain a 4.9 average product rating, and contributed to a 39% increase in product‑page conversion.
