Pacifica Beauty, a maker of vegan, natural makeup, skincare, and perfume, needed more user-generated content to boost conversions on its own e-commerce site and across retail partners. The brand’s goals were to increase review volume, expand product coverage, and improve review recency to drive shopper confidence and sales.
Pacifica deployed Bazaarvoice’s ReviewSource to collect organic reviews from Influenster’s 6M-member community; within months it gathered roughly 2,000 reviews across nearly 200 products, syndicated into more than 10,000 reviews on 12 retail sites (average rating 4.5). The program delivered an 8% uplift in total review volume, added first-time reviews for 11 SKUs, and continues to supply fresh content that fuels higher consumer confidence and sales.
