The tests showed that when a product received its first review, conversion rate increased, and displaying star ratings on category pages boosted purchase intent, cart additions, and orders. Officeworks also found that incorporating ratings into search rankings lifted conversions, while its review program now supports SEO, discovery, and customer retention across the journey.
