Nourison, a leading supplier of rugs, carpets, and home accessories, needed to accelerate growth with retail partners, reach new audiences, and support a catalog of more than 40,000 SKUs. To build shopper confidence and improve product pages, Nourison worked with Bazaarvoice to strengthen its user-generated content program, including reviews, images, and questions.

Bazaarvoice helped Nourison syndicate reviews and visual content to retail partners, use Bazaarvoice sampling for hero products and launches, and turn customer feedback into business insights. The results were strong: Nourison reported a 4x conversion rate when shoppers interacted with UGC, up to 6x higher purchase likelihood on PDPs with social images, and broader retail reach through syndication to 32 global retailers, including Target.com.
