Bazaarvoice helped Midland Radio grow from about 150 reviews to more than 2,500, syndicate reviews to major retailers, and showcase customer photos and content across its site and social channels. The result was a 322% increase in time on site, a 143% lift in conversion rate, a 27% increase in average order value, and an estimated $1 million year-over-year revenue increase.
