The solution involved using Bazaarvoice to collect and syndicate authentic customer reviews, including a sampling program to gather feedback from advocates. This provided potential customers with influential, third-party validation. As a result, Merrick drove more than 10,000 product reviews across dozens of retail sites, with 88% of reviews on those sites coming from Bazaarvoice syndication. This significantly increased review volume and coverage, helping shoppers choose Merrick products with confidence.
