McPherson’s, a long-standing consumer products company in Australasia, wanted to strengthen its e-commerce launch by adding ratings and reviews and syndicating that content to retail partners. To support customer confidence and gather user-generated content, McPherson’s partnered with Bazaarvoice and used Bazaarvoice Ratings and Reviews along with Bazaarvoice Sampling.
Bazaarvoice helped McPherson’s generate buzz for new products, collect reviewer feedback, and share reviews across its own site and retail channels. The impact has been strong: 20% of new reviews now come from sampling campaigns, and the insights have helped inform product decisions, such as adding new colors to a popular sandal line.
