MAM Baby UK, a baby products brand serving many first-time parents, needed a way to help shoppers feel confident choosing items like bottles, sterilisers, oral care products, and breast pumps in a competitive market. Working with Bazaarvoice, MAM used user-generated content (UGC) and reviews to provide the social validation customers look for before making a purchase.
Bazaarvoice helped MAM syndicate reviews to more than a dozen retailers and display reviews on its own brand site, keeping content fresh and visible in search. The results included more than 40,000 syndicated reviews on retail sites, an 84% increase in revenue per visitor, a 71% lift in average order value, and an 8% conversion increase among visitors who read reviews.
