MAM doubles traffic and conversion rates with Social Commerce

MAM, the premium baby products brand, needed a way to build authentic customer conversations, increase review volume, and better support shoppers across online and offline channels. It began working with Bazaarvoice and used Ratings & Reviews, Sampling, and later Social Commerce to strengthen social proof and connect with customers during the pandemic.

Bazaarvoice helped MAM launch shoppable Galleries and Like2Buy, curating user-generated content into engaging retail and social experiences. The results were strong: Galleries drove a 258% increase in time on site, a 108% increase in conversions, and a 58% increase in average order value, while Like2Buy delivered a 105% increase in click-through rate, a 157% increase in site visits, and an extra £96k in annual revenue for MAM.
