Lennox Industries, a leading maker of home heating, cooling and indoor-air-quality systems, wanted to drive more traffic, leads and sales to its network of 1,400+ Lennox Premier Dealers while giving consumers more decision-making information in one place. The challenge was to surface dealer ratings and reviews on Lennox.com so shoppers could evaluate both products and local dealers when researching HVAC solutions.
Lennox implemented Bazaarvoice Local to publish dealer ratings and reviews in its dealer locator and on product pages, enabling local engagement and responses. Within six months, dealer page visits rose 41% for participating dealers; more than half of Premier Dealers had reviews, the average dealer rating was 4.8/5 and 98% of consumers said they would recommend their Lennox dealer—results that increased leads and strengthened dealer and brand differentiation.
