The solution implemented by Bazaarvoice centered on using Bazaarvoice Sampling to send product samples to a community in exchange for honest feedback prior to launch, ensuring new products hit the digital shelf with user-generated content already in place. This strategy generated a high volume of authentic reviews, with Lemi Shine syndicating more than 15,000 reviews across retail sites, representing over 95% of their total review volume at retail. The results included successful product launches with high average ratings, valuable product insights, and stronger retailer relationships alongside a drop in product returns.
