Bazaarvoice helped Le Col combine reviews with image galleries, syndicate high-performing content, and surface customer feedback at key points in the journey. The results were strong: shoppers engaging with galleries were 5x more likely to convert, average order value rose 12–13%, revenue per visitor increased 155%, and overall conversion rates climbed 125%.
