Land O’Lakes implemented Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews and Bazaarvoice Sampling to collect and syndicate user-generated content, integrating review data into dashboards and cross-functional workflows. The program uncovered actionable insights (for example, fixing a recipe error), boosted customer engagement and trust through responses to reviews, and expanded digital shelf presence—syndicating more than 30,000 reviews to retail sites and collecting 1,000+ sampling reviews with a 100% submission rate—resulting in higher satisfaction, stronger retailer partnerships, and increased sales.
