Kärcher, a global leader in cleaning technology, needed a way to support fast product launches, enter new categories, and build shopper trust quickly for new items. Working with Bazaarvoice and its Sampling service, Kärcher sought to collect reviews and user-generated content early so products would launch with credible content and stronger retail shelf presence.
Bazaarvoice Sampling helped Kärcher generate hundreds of high-quality reviews in just two weeks, with 98% of sampled members leaving a review. The company has since amassed more than 80,000 reviews through sampling and other efforts, reaching 280,000 reviews across 73 retail sites, while Bazaarvoice Insights helped Kärcher refine product messaging and packaging based on customer feedback.
