Feelunique, Europe’s largest online beauty retailer, needed to boost shopper confidence and create a compelling digital shopping experience while scaling rich content across a rapidly growing catalog of over 20,000 SKUs from 500 brands. The challenge was to support conversion and engagement without manually enriching thousands of product pages.

Feelunique used Bazaarvoice Curations to aggregate and display consumer-generated photos alongside syndicated ratings and reviews in a shoppable gallery and on product pages. The approach delivered more than 52,000 syndicated reviews and photos from 1,250+ users, generated 675,000 gallery views (Jan–Mar 2018) with 13% interaction, and doubled conversion rates for shoppers who viewed visual content—lifting engagement, average order value, SEO value, and helping identify brand advocates.
