How Beko expanded globally with user-generated content

Beko ANZ, a home appliances brand expanding into Australia, faced the challenge of building trust and brand recognition in a new market where shoppers did not yet know the company. To address this, Beko ANZ worked with Bazaarvoice and used user-generated content, including customer reviews, to validate product quality and support its entry into the market.

Bazaarvoice helped Beko ANZ collect and syndicate reviews across its own site and retail partners through the Bazaarvoice Network, while also providing Bazaarvoice Insights for customer feedback analysis. The results included more than 8,000 reviews gathered directly and over 30,000 reviews on retail sites through syndication, representing 97% of all Beko product reviews there, driving exponential sales growth, stronger retailer relationships, wider distribution, and better product decisions.
