Absco Sheds, a leading provider of outdoor storage solutions, needed a better way to gather customer feedback and build shopper confidence for its DIY flat-pack sheds, which can be challenging to assemble. The company lacked a consolidated system for collecting reviews and wanted more product feedback to improve expectations and support retail sales. Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews helped Absco Sheds address this need across its retail network.
Bazaarvoice implemented a review collection and syndication strategy that included QR codes inside product boxes, monthly gift card incentives, and review distribution to more than 1,750 retailers. The results were strong: Absco Sheds collected over 1,100 reviews, increased displayable review volume from 2,478 to 31,983, and achieved a 1,190% lift in review volume, helping boost sales and strengthen trust with shoppers and retail partners.
